ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID UPFRONT!
The longest payment plan I will take is 1 month!
Finished art piece will be sent to your email if requested!
Revisions are free!
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Must be paid in CAD or USD
Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 2 months, or when work has not been completed within the estimated delivery time!
Customer is free to ask for updates, just please dont be pushy! I have a life outside of the internet!
Finished art pieces can be used for commercial use! but the charge is $50.
I have the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the art in any AI-related technology.

PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront! But I do accept holds for as long as 1 month.2. Payment is done with paypal! I take both CAD and USD.3. Customer must accept that work will not be done unless paid.4. Once paid, send me all of the info you have for your commission!
I prefer if you have a pose picked out already, but im fine with freestyling a pose aswell.PRODUCT DELIVERY5. Estimated time of delivery depends on the type of commission you got, but regularly it is around 5-6 months. Please do not commission me if you arent able to wait this long! 🥲6. Once your commission is finished, you are free to post it to your account!7. I am able to send a full quality version to your email, just ask me! :)REVISIONS8. Customer has every right to ask for a revision during the sketching/flat colors.9. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail. Any big changes will be charged (We can discuss the price.)REFUND POLICY10. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within the ETA.
11. Customer cannot request a refund if the commission is already at the lineart/flat colors stage, or is already completed.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE12. The art received by Customer is for personal use. If you want to use the art for commercial use, the charge will be $50.13. Customer does not hold the right to put the art into AI generators, or anything AI related.CANCELLATIONS14. I have every right to cancel a commission if im not comfortable with it.15. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order.16. Orders can be cancelled before lineart/flat colors start. And the customer will get a refund.
